    I'm not trying to knock you but all you are doing is melting some plastic on the top ,There is no strength there at all , Pointless you would have done as well with glue. To weld plastic you need to melt both surfaces together along with the plastic filler rod if needed , My trade is a welder.

    Its important to note, that while nitrile IS slightly more resistant to petroleum based chemicals than is latex, any glove that is under 10 mil thick should only be used to prevent incidental chemical exposure, as they WILL NOT protect you from chronic exposure such as this. The 10-mil thick variety are reusable as well, as they are about the thickness of the standard yellow dishwashing gloves, and come in a variety of colors.

    Hello nice work ! In my country apperead this line for materials. And they have ETACLEAR 960SR and ETACLEAR 990SR, which is better from this clear? And you put thinner on this clear? Then you put how much ? He not flow ? What time need to dries on coat?

      LOL, "orange peel" is what they call a surface when the finish has a lot of small dimples, it looks like the surface of an orange. Most people find this undesirable, so by sanding back the surface then using a cutting compound you can improve the finish to a more mirror like finish. See at 0:13, those white blobs should be square, (they look like skylights to me).They needed to do a finishing shot showing the same angle so you could see the improvement. Not well demonstrated in this video. I've used ET1010, they are not bad compounds.

    Need to work on your technique, and dragging the cord across the hood is marring it. Doesn't matter if it going to get buffed out later.

    • @Cheepchipsable
      @Cheepchipsable 5 років тому

      True, but these products are aimed at panel shops (insurance) where fast is better - most drag marks from the cord will be practically invisible to the clients after a quick wipe with wax. Insurance companies pay quite a low hourly rate for repairs. Different story if it was for a high end business who is doing extremely expensive paint jobs.
